2017-18 (at Tallahassee): Debuted at the Cougar XC Challenge (8/25/17) and ran a 21:31.31, good for eighth place...improved his 5K time by almost three minutes, finishing in 18:47.98 at the Big Bend XC Invite (9/2/17)...ran a 19:38 at the Prefontaine Forest Run 5K (9/16/17)...ran a 29:59.8 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (9/23/17)...set the school record in the 8K with a 29:42.7 at the FSU Invitational (10/6/17)...team's top runner at the Sustainable Tallahassee Trash Dash (10/28/17) with a time of 18:27...was top male runner, ages 15-19, in the half marathon at Barney's Run for Warriors (11/18/17), posting a 1:38:20.8.

High School: Ran cross country and track at Mandarin HS...trained under Lucas Shannon and James Schmitt...Competed in multiple events from his freshman to senior year and achieved various PRs, including 800M (2:12.74), 1600M (4:47.36), 3200M (11:27.30), 3 Mile in XC (19:31.51), 5K (17:30.68).

Personal: Born on March 24...son of Lori Guest-Krech and Jeremy Guest...plans to major in Computer Engineering.
